Pros
Flexible hours, nice, comfortable working environment. Pretty much work without supervision. Access to on-site cafeteria, workout areas, garage parking.
Cons
Equity/stock options are only offered to the chosen few. Everyone else gets nothing. Every year the engineers are worried about losing their jobs.
