Since restructuring goes on and on since two years now, there are big opportunities that new job position are created here and there. But you can never be sure how long they persist.
Cons
Reduction of headcount mostly on working level makes it more and more difficult to maintain the operational business. Either you decommit to your job or you loose your private life.
