Pros
Engineers here are typically older which has it's disadvantages for a younger person, but also means that they all have wealth of knowledge to give out. Work environment is very collaborative and flexible. Salary for a person fresh out of college was better than expected.
Cons
Benefits seem to be more expensive than other places, no stock options in the job offer, different business lines are segmented off so you will work in the same building as people everyday but never meet them (though this is probably true for any bigger company).
