Pros
Interesting, colorful job, good opportunities for cross-location and cross-functional collaboration, good salary package, good work-life balance, good infrastructure. Fairly good company values, not quoted as often as a few years ago but they still take it seriously. Immediate supervisors (unlike senior management) are mostly open to ideas and improvements.
Cons
Management can be very narrow minded, if the made up their mind, they will not change even if necessity of change is blindingly obvious. Career opportunities are limited if you are not an engineer and you are not from the Netherlands. No support of relocation at all.
