You have to be lucky in order to get the right group of people who you can work with and learn. In some groups innovative work happens and is if high quality. General work life balance is good and good CLA due to unions
Cons
Management is becoming more American. . So decisions on layoffs a d closure are taken rapidly causing panic and confusion among employees.. Soms groups overhired during covid and caused mayhem leading to full layoff of the group
