many "wolves" who are in it for the long run elite veterans rule over the place heavy on work politics (if you're not "in" then you're not getting a promotion) high staff turn over (mostly made redundant or quit the toxic atmosphere) wasted resources on useless, superficial, expensive things while making many people redundant periodically.

Access to EAP- you're going to need it!

False advertising, gaslighting, toxic, victim blaming, expectation to work every hour, pointless work to boost egos. P and C management has no idea how to treat people or build culture.
