      Pros

      Nice office, Dog Friendly, Snacks, Strong PD/Technical Design team (without them, Naadam would be a sinking ship)

      Cons

      There was a massive lack of creative direction and leadership from head of design, no team work/hands to complete the large amount of tasks via one person, 60-80 hour long work weeks, a highly negative environment, and more forms of abuse.

      Autonomy given by leadership, great coworkers, collaborative environment, great opportunity to learn 360 business practices if you put in the work.

      Cons

      Start up environment that isn’t for everyone. Long hours and large workloads (bc of small team).
