      Pros

      Starting early with the North American expansion has been such a fun process to be a part of. The Naboo culture is unmatched - The office and team is fun!

      Cons

      The timezone difference with the headquarters in Paris can sometimes delay processes, but the team is responsive and collaborative nonetheless.

      The team is filled with driven and motivated individuals; lots of growth opportunities; great benefits; convenient office location downtown. I enjoy coming to work every day!

      Cons

      Some departments are only located in the Paris headquarters, so the time zone difference can sometimes affect workflows and communications. However, this hasn't really been a problem.
