Awesome company - Territory Manager Nachi-Fujikoshi Employee Review

Nachi was an excellent company to work for. From management to co-workers to customers- everything about the place was perfect!

There really isn't anything negative, but since I HAVE to choose something, I didn't think the tornado shelter was in a safe location. In the event of an actual tornado, I would have gone to another part of the building where I felt safer and nobody would have stopped me. I would have survived that tornado and been devastated if my coworkers didn't and probably have quit Nachi because the pain of losing them would have been too much for my fragile heart. That's how much I loved this company!

Great benefits, coworkers are nice.

Management belittles staff to their faces, you will get reprimanded by your boss for doing what your boss told you to do, management speaks poorly of other employees behind their backs, very toxic.
