Pros

Money and easy to get promoted considering how quickly people burn out.

Cons

Supply shortages lead to shifts ending early and crew being sent home and expected to work six days every week without hitting forty hours. Every time there was the slightest hiccup Marcus would show up. Never seen a CEO on the production floor and trust me it was not a good thing. Brought his wife and kid, a toddler around three. The kid ran around unsupervised with forklifts driving by and rolls of paper weighing three hundred pounds. Entirely unsafe environment to bring a child into. Let a friend's daughter work part-time hours on a schedule that she decided, but wouldn't let mothers leave to pick up their children from school.

Pros

Casual dress work environment -- they are more worried about what you can do and your safety than how you look doing it. The ability to grow and expand your knowledge -- you are not "stuck" being an automaton, they value your input and ideas. The first job I have ever had where my boss actually says "thank you" for a job well done.

Cons

I'm not crazy about the way to earn vacation or personal time off, but I understand it.

Pros

They are always hiring, 40+ hrs per week but 6-7 days a week. Offers both a first and second shift.

Cons

Has been and continues to be watched by the state for not paying employees for hours worked. Management will promise just about anything to get what they want then magical forget or break promises. This family-owned company takes micromanagement to a whole new level.
