They do not allow for older people older than 18 to get into a traineeship. It's disgusting when you interview great and know what the traineeship entails and you don't get it on age. Discrimination.

They look after employees well, had been with them through two very slow periods in mining and they do their best to keep people on.
Cons
Upper management is set, advancement doesn't look likely.
