Great office environment, very nice people work here. It really is a fun atmosphere, for the most part.

Upper level management does NOT communicate. Unfortunate mismanagement of potentially great team-members sometimes leads to low morale. It is a great place for a person to get a job right out of school, but there is very little opportunity to grow. Actually, there is no opportunity to grow, especially within the eligibility center.
