Poor communication amongst management and staff Expect gaslighting when you know that you are not being treated fairly by management. High turnover Expect to be ignored by management when you start to voice complaints or issues If you like a clean environment expect to clean it yourself If and when a customer complains it will be "your fault"

Working at Nail’d It was an absolute dream! The team and management are so kind, caring, and supportive they make every day enjoyable. The salon has such a fun, lively atmosphere, and the customers are always friendly and generous. I only left because I moved back home to Russia, otherwise I would have happily stayed there forever. I’m so grateful for my time at Nail’d It it truly felt like family! 💖💅
