Not long hours, typical shift 8am - 4pm

If you enjoy office politics, then this is the place for you! But, unfortunately, poor behaviours are tolerated by staff members, which underpins favouritism between colleagues. It's a shame, as Naio has lots of potential. However, the drama and bullying that supervisors tolerate are shameful; you will continue to lose good employees if you let the bullies stay. I had a good time working there, but the anxiety and stress I continued to bring home from dealing with being singled out constantly, having no support within the organization and letting others get away by discussing inappropriate things in the office is a big negative. If you enjoy office drama, that is the perfect place for you! Plus, on my final day, a colleague who clearly didn't like me reversed carelessly into my car and refused to pay for the damage! Even my supervisor didn't care; absolute disgrace of a workplace.

Flexible hours (unless something has changed in the last 2 years)

The management is highly unorganized, and defensive when you try to suggest some form of improvement. In the same time however, when you do something good, they are the first ones that take a credit for it. There is many examples of other unfair situations that I could list here. I´ve seen many people crying occasionally in my time of working there. Highly unfair culture, and not a good place for your mental health.
