Company work like monarchy around CEO, people need to be mute. System are biased and old, which require complete overhaul..not to forget very bad administration.. Most of the top leadership is expired but still holding chairs with plenty cash and somewhat gone arrogant. Cost of living is pretty high and with latest reductions its difficult to survive and save. Allowance are outdate and insufficient.
