I've joined Nalsoft 4 years ago as a Trainee Software Engineer without any prior knowledge on software. Working at Nalsoft has played a crucial role in my professional development. I had the chance to strengthen my proficiency in backend development and explore into the latest technologies. I'm lucky to work with colleagues who are supportive and encouraging. The company grants us the entire responsibility and ownership of the task which we are performing. Here at Nalsoft we will deal with multiple clients simultaneously, which results in enhancing our knowledge across multiple domains and aspects. There were occasions where managing multiple clients became challenging and hectic. I was able to overcome these challenges with the support of my colleagues and management. Over time, I've encountered various challenges which directed me to think outside the box and find creative solutions. I'm grateful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. As I continue with the company, I remain confident in my ability to contribute and tackle future challenges.
