Pros
- The downtown location is good for those who want to work in a downtown area, but without all the hustle and bustle. - The employees that all work here seem to like their jobs and I don't hear much negative from anyone. - The company rewards hard work and buckles down when there is a lot to be done. You feel the focus and can see how hard everyone is working. - Team outings and Happy Hours on Friday are a pro. It is a good chance to get to know your team and more of the company so that you don't feel separated by those who work in the Development side. - The camaraderie and inclusivity of the company show that they care about people for who they are, what they bring to the table, and show appreciation for hard workers. There is a very diverse staff of people which makes for so many fun and exciting times either learning new cultures, ideas, or hearing someone else's opinion that may be different from yours and it doesn't cause an argument.
Cons
- sometimes it can feel like you are doing more work than others and while it goes noticed, it can be hard to stay motivated. - the break/lunch schedule is a little difficult to get to used and figure out appropriate times to take them, especially on busy days. - Sometimes we have all the bagels and English muffins in the world, but there never seems to be enough CREAM CHEESE! (just to lighten the mood ;) ) - not too many cons just don't burn out too quickly and learn at a gradual pace to stay on track with the training and progression in the field
