Pros
You have the freedom to make your own work schedule. There were not meetings just to meet you were asked to be in the field making sales which is what any good sales executive wants. The sales support team were amazing and led by an amazing women. You are highly rewarded for the work you do.
Cons
I think the owner could be a little more approachable and open to what people on the street are saying. Its kind of his way or the highway which is terrible for true leadership.
