Pros
Relatively decent wage (Great if you're a student) Breaks paid for which include a meal! Flexible working hours...relatively
Cons
Unfairly arduous if you are a griller. For example, you may be expected to do up to 8 hours on an extremely hot, open fire, grill (longer depending on closes etc) which as you can imagine means you are often sweating profusely, red in the face, constantly thirsty, and expect sore eyes from the burning of the spices on the grills, and a bad back from constantly leaning over the grill. This isn't to mention the added pressure of ensuring your food is stocked up, and rotating between the other grill and cracking chickens in the walk in fridge freezer. Furthermore, you are almost always busy (well at least at my store) so even if you're not grilling your cleaning the grill, loading up more chicken, before you quickly return to that boiling grill. Now compare this to someone who is working as a waiter (yes of course they maybe rushed of their feet carrying heavy plates) or working on the front of house (greeting customers). Generally, you are able to sneak a quick few minutes break or some time to relax a little, unlike the grillers who seemingly don't stop.
