Pros
There are loads of benefits working here, especially the flexibility. There are real opportunities to work remotely and working arrangements are very flexible. There's a lot of trust around managing your own schedule. The team is lovely and really supportive, and the office has a relaxed, non-corporate vibe which makes it a nice place to work in.
The owner gives you a lot of independence once you show you can manage your clients and roles properly. She has high standards and is very driven, which some people might find intense, but it comes from genuinely caring about the business and the team doing well. If you're motivated and proactive, you can learn a lot and earning very good money is very achievable.
Overall, it is a really good place to work in if you are driven, want flexibility, enjoy working with a team, and want strong earning potential.
Cons
Like any client-facing job, you sometimes deal with difficult clients, but you just have to not take it personally. It is a sales job at the end of the day, so if you do not like working under pressure sometimes, or spending quite a bit of time on the phone, it probably isn't the right fit. You need to be proactive, organised, and switched on, which means it won't suit everyone.
