      The pay is relatively ok

      Cons

      Long hours, you stay 2-3 hours past the store close, work every holiday, hard to get time off and vacation, very frequent pay changes.

      Pros

      Fellow employees are excellent. Very few exceptions. Management is friendly. Does not feel like a corporate environment. Owners have a heart. Understand we have families. Relaxed environment. If you do your job and are not complacent. You can have a job for life.

      Cons

      Training support could be better. Not bad, ask for help and they will.
