Pros
My interview with the CEO was supposed to be 20 minutes but it turned into almost 2 hours. We just vibed with each other very well and I understood the CEO's visions and passion. He works harder than anyone in the company. The company is still young and everyone is still learning, but the opportunity for growth is tremendous. Every day presents a new problem to solve, new experience to learn from, new ideas to execute. That's why it's Nas Daily. Transparency is key of the culture here. Rarely have I seen a company where the executives try their best to be transparent about everything with their employees from company's finance, hiring/firing decision, business projections etc.
Cons
It's a startup and sometimes we need to work long hours. The company is still evolving and the product is still iterating over-time, so it could be pretty an arduous process.
