      Friendly, competent, and multicultural staff and ability to have a flexible schedule

      Cons

      Senior management has extremely poor communications skills and treats employees like house help. There are better managed organizations of similar size and scope to join where you can maintain your sanity.

      Flex time, team-like family, room for growth, relaxed environment, working for the same purpose.
