I have been here since February, and there are no cons. And always room for improvement which is the case in any work environment.

None - everything is a shambles at this place

CEO CEO CEO - narcissist, bully, insecure, micro-manager. Gets in the weeds of day-to-day and harasses staff on an hourly basis to account for her obvious limitations in basic leadership. She is a divisive and cryptic individual that uses agency funds to prop up other means of business ventures. If there is ever a school in how to not run a business it is here. Most staff last less than 6 months - the turnover in the last year for staff lasting less than a year is close to over half. The CEO has barely worked in any sort of managerial capacity or organization before taking the helm of Nascent and exposes all aspects of insecure and inept leadership through relentless staff harassment and repeated public bullying. You have been forewarned.
