Employees are expected to manage over 20 cases and around 10 approvals daily, which is often unrealistic given the workload and complexity. • Employees are pushed to work extremely hard and consistently operate at maximum capacity, yet this effort is not matched with recognition or progression. • Career progression is very unclear. I have been in my role for a while, and whenever I ask about promotion, there is little to no information provided, or the conversation is avoided altogether. • Promotions do not appear to be based purely on performance.
