Pros
Excellent people overall. Lots of institutional knowledge and people who are willing to both share it and how best to get things done! Good management team who have (mostly) risen from the ranks. Caring.
Cons
The management team has drunk deeply of the management training well, and will always go "yaaaay happy clappy!" with their employees, even when it isn't appropriate. Management will move you to different branches with little notice and seemingly no concern for the employee or how they'll get there.
