Pros
- Cares about the employees i.e. wellbeing, volunteering, development - Outstanding for graduate scheme opportunities - Great opportunities within the bank for job shadowing or moving across teams - Great for finding mentors
Cons
- Can be slow at deliveries due to legacy infra - Can be political because many teams touching the same product/system etc. - Can have a lot of governance before you can launch something so very much not like a startup environment
