Pros
The company truly values its people. There’s excellent flexibility, which makes it easy to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Employees are given real autonomy in their roles, and leadership shows genuine compassion when personal or professional challenges come up. The culture is very supportive, and you always feel like your contributions matter. The parental leave is outstanding with 24 weeks full pay. Not many companies can compete with that.
Cons
No annual bonuses for all employees. Only certain parts of the Group. Other than that, no major downsides — like any workplace, there are busy periods, but the supportive culture makes them manageable.
