Pros
Some interesting technologies in use. A few capable, decent teammates (if you’re lucky). Occasionally modern building or office space.
Cons
-Disrespect disguised as management: High-ranking execs offer no value but collect high salaries. Real contributors are sidelined, removed from responsibilities, or ignored altogether. -Toxic HR & zero communication culture: Don’t expect updates. Emails are a myth—only phone calls (seriously). -Below-market pay: Unless you're part of the golden circle, your salary will be low, with no clear prospects for improvement. -Chaotic internal structure: Responsibilities are reassigned arbitrarily. Power plays are frequent. Structure is non-existent. -Eroded work relationships: Morale is collapsing. Pressure is high, clarity is low. You'll either adapt to dysfunction or burn out trying to fix it. -No meaningful career path: Forget mentorship, skill development, or coherent feedback. It’s every dev for themselves.
