Lots of politics going on at every level, specially Hr to senior managers to your team
Leader are involved in politics.
Deaf year given to concerns. They just act like they are concerned for employees but in reality they these Management and Hr everyone is playing politics, they will just play around acting like they are actually taking note of your queries.
Hikes are worst. Even if you are dedicated and give your 100% they will still question your performance . All blame is upon junior employees as the senior managers are saints here.
