      Family-friendly employer. Generous benefits and competitive salary. Central Tysons Corner, VA location. Emphasis on superior member service. Many long-time and rehired staff.

      Cons

      Apparently downsizing. Little communication from senior management and little to no cross unit communication or interaction.

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are competitive-Lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Tons of backstabbing. Nothing is done about it. Subject Matter Experts-instructors and 20 group members are not held to the same standard as the development team. CEO also says tons of stuff that are both offensive and short sighted.
