Pros

Very fast paced, never any down time which I love. Management is very easy to talk to and receptive to new ideas. They are flexible with the hours within limits. JEANS, we get to wear JEANS!

Pros

Management goes above and jumps in to do the work. They don't just sit back and watch. They experience the work first hand so that they can look for improvements and streamline items better. I think it's really great when they are willing to get on the front line. It's like having that coach that actually works out with you. The desks are very spacious. I feel like I'm in an office and not a jail cell. The company tries to have monthly pot lucks so that the employees can get to know one another better. They extend employment to the externs if they do well. I think it's really great because being new to a field can make it hard for someone to get a job without the experience. They help teach you and mold you to where you need to be.

Cons

A new client can come on any time, but hey that's job stability ;)

Pros

Not many pros with this company. The employees come together to help each other out and to help train since management is unwilling and unknowledgeable.

Cons

Management is not knowledgeable and therefore can't help problem solve. Turn over is high. Outsourcing to India started and affected jobs. Preferential treatment as upper management hires unqualified family and friends and expect qualified employees to train them to do your job so there is no job security. Very hard to get time off even when you have the vacation time unless your are management. Policy changes from week to week so you can complete a task and they management decides a "better way" so it completely has to be redone even when it yields the exact same results as the original way. Upper management is quick to blames anyone but themselves for mistakes. Benefits are horrible in comparison to other similar companies. Do not recommend for long term employment.
