Pros
They have a nice view from the 24th floor. My coworkers were great people. If you can get past the dysfunction and you just need something to bring in a paycheck by all means apply. Just know it will be far less than they tell you simply becausre they do not invest in this branch.
Cons
Where to being? -They lie in their Craigslist ad: No it is not full time its part time; you're lucky to get 6hrs a day. Everyone starts as a part time telemarketer. -They do not invest in the technology necessary for this job. You are expected to dial by hand every single number from lists that ARE NOT up to date. You'll spend more time writing down disconnected numbers than actually talking to potential customers -There's no real management at the Sacramento branch. Theres a couple of guys trying to keep it together but their bosses would rather spend their days hiding in their office. By my 3rd day I saw 3 people quit or be fired & one of them was the person who "interviewed" me. -the interview is a joke. They come clean about the actual position & about the company. They do no sort of background/reference etc -- I was hired literally on the spot.
