The Union Used to be a great job, the last 10 years it has went to h3ll.
Cons
Terrible working conditions, dusty, outdated equipment, 90% of upper management cant do their job. HR department is non existent, no type of reward system or bonus of any kind. Employees work anywhere from 200 to 1500 hours a year of overtime a year just to be rewarded with a ham at christmas. All awhile the company side is thriving.
