      Pros

      The Ohio state mgr is the kind of mgr that most people dream working for. Communication is great. Do your job as per the post orders, communicate with the mgr and it’s a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit better. No benefits at all. Life insurance at least would be nice. There is no opportunity for advancement.
