Affinity global has taken over operations. New COO is actively poaching all his buddies from there and bringing all of his lackies and minions over to NCRI. No respect for NCRI culture or people. These guys are trying to transform the company to affinity global 2.0 and they treat old NCRi employees like there stupid and walk around being arrogant like only they can fix things. They are just recyling bad decisions they made from the previous job, doing it the affinity global way. They are removing long term loyal people from mississauga branch to create jobs for there affinity global buddies who have no talent, no skills, no vision, but are loyal to COO. This will not end well for NCRi and the CEO should remember his roots and stop this madness before they destroy the company. Pay is low, benefits suck, no one stays long term, no future
