Pros

Great company culture through teams. Flexibility in script allowing you to build rapport with clients.

Cons

2025 reduction in commissions has caused many agents to make very little. "Dynamic routings" give good leads to those whom are doing good, bad leads given to those who aren't. Hard to get out of a hole once in it, mostly impossible, can't recover. Change in commission pay out reduced my income by over $30k, and working harder than before. Many bonus structures canceled.

Pros

The job is easy to get - because the turnover is so high.

Cons

I'm going to try another review. My last attempt to review NDR was taken down. Taking down Glassdoor reviews is one of the primary responsibilities of HR, who are otherwise ignored. All I'll say about my role is that I worked in Data & Analytics, which is a disaster within NDR. Everyone was miserable. Average employee turnover was measured in months, not years. I continue to see the same roles open on linkedin, get filled, and reopen again a few months later. And no-one can do anything about it, because management not only retaliates against people who complain, they target anyone who doesn't proactively tell them how wonderful they are. That's why I'm not giving my title - the company retaliates. The people running the show at NDR are stupid, They're unpleasant. They don't know how to run a modern technology organization, or build a culture of competence, let alone excellence. I keep seeing more roles open up on that team (the same roles that had been open before), so I hope this review warns people. As for the business, NDR signs people up to stop paying their bills then... does nothing for years and hopes to negotiate with lenders. Hardly anyone successfully completes the NDR program. Almost everyone drops out because they get sued by creditors or the company fails to get them deals, while taking most of their money. This is the kind of business that spends more on advertising to bring in new customers than it spends actually servicing the customers it has.
