Pros

Working from home and they throw a couple parties a year where they spend a ton of money to hire rappers that are probably paid for from the money they take from their own employees in the form of chargebacks. Parties you are not allowed to bring a guest to or take pictures at.

Cons

Company makes up to 25% in fees off of poor financially strapped people looking for help. You tell the customer the goal is to get the creditors to settle for 50% of their debt but often it’s much higher than that closer to 70%. And then after the company charges the customer up to 25% in fees is the customer even saving much? While destroying their credit for years. They constantly take your commission back from you with chargebacks. I recently had multiple files where the company settled debts for customers, earning and paying themselves thousands in fees before even paying the creditor, and then taking $400 or more from me back just because the customer changed their payment draft date. They force the sales floor to set the customer up with bi-weekly or split payments just so they can justify saying a customer missed half a payment when averaging out the first 4 months of deposits so they can create a reason to take my commission back from me on a deal i signed up 4 months ago! They take back more than you earn!! Here is their model…hire hundreds of a people a month, feed them leads so the new rookies as they call them have a good first month, and then they bombard those rookies to go online and write great reviews of the company thinking they’re going to make great money. Then 2 months out of training everyone realizes they were scammed and they stop giving you leads to put you in a position to make money. And then those same people who were duped into thinking it was a great place to work get charged back on all the commissions they earned 4 months ago. Those people end up quitting while the new batch of new hires are getting fed all the business. It’s a cycle of scamming. There are dozens and dozens of managers that nobody knows what they do all day cracking the whip on the entire sales floor over scripting, split payments, and other garbage metrics they harass you on all day. I could do $500k in enrollments and make $800 while the company makes $100k revenue. You have to hit $1million which is double to make about $7500 how does that math make any sense?? They control the leads to make sure only a select few makes money. The entire sales floor send inappropriate unprofessional gifs in teams chats all day which if only the customers could see was so demoralizing and devaluing. It’s a complete cult and I’m embarrassed to have worked here for a year.

Pros

This has genuinely been one of the best companies I've worked for. The pay is competitive, the commission structure is fair, and the earning potential is excellent for those willing to put in the effort. The work-from-home environment is a huge benefit, and management trusts employees to do their jobs without constant micromanagement. Instead of hovering over every detail, managers provide support when needed and give employees the freedom to succeed. Training is above average compared to most companies I've worked for. They invest time into making sure employees understand the products, systems, and expectations before being thrown into the role. The leadership team is approachable, professional, and treats employees like actual people rather than just numbers on a spreadsheet. One thing that stands out is the transparency. Leadership is very open about company goals, performance metrics, and KPIs. Expectations are realistic, and they focus on strategic growth rather than setting impossible targets that employees have no chance of reaching. The culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. I've enjoyed my experience enough that I've recommended friends and family members to apply, which is something I rarely do.

Cons

Like any customer-facing role, some calls can be challenging, especially when customers are frustrated or upset. However, management understands that difficult interactions are part of the job and doesn't expect employees to be perfect. There can be stressful days during busy periods, but overall the expectations remain reasonable and attainable. Any negatives are minor compared to the positives the company offers.
