None....well to be honest none ....but even have to pick anything good then it will be " the humble heart employees" and a huge spread at heart of city.
Cons
Now the list starts; 1. Sub standard products. 2. Sub standard raw material. 3. Quality actually no quality department. 4. Grand Deming - I now doubt the ability of deming Jury. 5. Zero "training and skill enhancement initiatives." 6. FH & DH operates with power distance. 7. All good people have left in last 2 years or their CVs are active. 8. Technology ZERO, Manufacturing Capability is improving post exit of head less leader, Sales is managing to survive but have different dynamics. 9. CEO has no connect with ground zero. 10. HR is nothing else than bunch of zombies working under a self proclaimed "Super-women". 11. Work culture is Authoritative, Disruptive, mismanaged, aim less and supremely demotivated except of FH in their "Happy state".
