Pros
Independent work, somewhat flexible, company vehicle.
Cons
Lack of training, poor communication, if your on the comp plan your PTO and Holidays aren't paid on top of commission. No 401k match. Not enough time to properly run routes. Would be a great place to work if properly managed.
