The company and managers were all great people. Very positive environment and always eager to work together to support each other.

Most of the pros identified with the position/company have less to do with the company itself and more with the industry. Customers can sometimes have frustrating or unreasonable requests. The nature of the industry causes last-minute adjustments that can be difficult for anyone that is not able to adapt quickly and efficiently. Some of the other employees and event workers left something to be desired in regards to work ethic and quality.

Instead of offering a 401k matching, they offer another type of retirement plan that is much more stable through inflation. They offer competitive starting wages.

No training, no cohesion, no conflict management, poor safety regulation, no driving safety education, long hours, poor management, no work life balance, unreasonably long shifts, inconsistent meal and person breaks.
