Pros

None of HR Policy is Employee friendly. Working hours is too much. Office timing is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with Six working days in A week (Monday to saturday). No scope for learning. Poor working culture.

Cons

No learning environment. HR polices are very poor with contradictions. Polices and rules vary from person to person. Career growth is very poor. Still wating for pay revision since 2017. All things moves around few persons. Over all conclusion is that if dont have any job then join NFL otherwise try somewhere else

Low Workload – No heavy responsibilities; the focus is on learning about the plant. Relaxed Environment – A chill life with minimal stress. Great Location & People – The place is nice, and the people are friendly and supportive. Accommodation Available – Housing is provided at a reasonable price.

Cons

Difficult Managers – Some production managers can be a pain to deal with. Unpaid Internship – No stipend or salary provided. Secluded Location – Limited access to amenities and entertainment options. No social Life
