Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found the seasonal work steady and appreciated the autonomy in the field. We are committed to offering clear pathways for advancement, and we regularly look to promote dedicated merchandisers into MAC, Team lead, and Division Manager roles. We also hear your feedback regarding communication; we are actively working to streamline how shipment data is shared so our teams receive relevant updates without unnecessary notification fatigue. We appreciate your insights and wish you the best in your career journey.

Pros

The people at Kroger and the flowers

Cons

My experience was that communication and management were inconsistent. Expectations about schedules, breaks, and daily responsibilities were not always clearly explained, which made it difficult to know what was expected. Work assignments and finish times often changed depending on deliveries, making it challenging to plan outside of work. Employees are expected to work independently across store locations, but support from management can be limited when questions or issues arise. Timekeeping should also be monitored carefully, as it is important to verify that hours worked match payroll records. Overall, I found the work environment stressful due to inconsistent communication, unclear expectations, and a lack of constructive support from supervisors.
