Pros
Some very smart people here, and there are opportunities to learn and experience things beyond the job description. Very stable company that serves all markets and industries, so they are relatively immune to big economic upsets in one or more segments. If you get hired, you can expect to stay a long time if you do your job well.
Cons
The company hires mostly direct from college and the young age and relative inexperience has the employees believing their own hype. You can grow in your responsibilities and take on new titles, but every "advancement" is a lateral move in terms of salary. When you're young and ambitious, this becomes incredibly frustrating and demoralizing especially as you see the top managers receiving bonuses and stock grants. What exactly did they contribute?
