Commute, facilities, bonuses, parties and co-workers.

Do not walk run from this company. The claims department is always understaff. With the transition to Great American most roles are now hourly and no longer exempt. So if you fall behind there is no catching up. Management offers no assistance to their employees. Diversity is non-existent so if you are a minority, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere because you will never get promoted. They like youth at this company and not experience.
