Some might take this as a review shilling for them but it's not. NJH is a fantastic place to work, across the board all clinical and non-clinical employees are on the same path to take care of their patients and provide the best care possible. They provide world renown services, specializing in respiratory issues, but that's not their only specialty. They concentrate on treating you as a 'whole person' if you're a patient and I think over all the employees are all on that same page. NJH made it through the pandemic, opened up the Center for Outpatient Health which is a fantastic building and their JOA with St Joes, has allowed them some great opportunities. Wonderful people, great providers, great staff.
