Awful management - Instructor National Learning Network Employee Review

The students are usually good souls ,vulnerable and in need of a lot of support. I was very fond of them all .

Terrible training Too focused on the company and the student A lot of courses are there to make the company look good but aren't suitable for the students Low staff morale

Bike to work scheme is a pro

They are understaffed, they don't replace staff, not enough relief staff available for cover. They dont pay expenses in a timely manner. They don't back their staff.
