Pros
The retail sales force, the yard guys, the Millwork guys....awesome. Even the drivers are by and large awesome people. Human Resources people are amazing. The company provides a nice benefits package and they take care of their people.
Cons
I believe every square inch of each property is covered by a camera - why hire people if you don't trust them?
