The employees of National Pharmacy are some of the best people around! The comraderie with fellow employees is good. No overtime for hourly employees. Good location. A lot of good people work here.

Short staffing is common and being overloaded is the norm. Salaried employees can expect to regularly work more than 40 hours per week. There are no clear goals established by management for their employees and communication about what is expected is zero. It is hard to tell if you are doing a good job because there is little to no feedback except for your yearly evaluation and it may take 18 months to get that. (If you can get the director to sit down with you long enough) Upper management seems to be totally out of touch with day to day operations and the effort that is involved with producing the volume of work that is required.
