Executive Management is changing direction constantly. The communication with upper level management is based on putting out fires rather than obtaining and executing successful opportunities. They portray to their customers that they self perform the work being provided to their customers however they outsource over 95% of the work to subcontractors. The company is EXCESSIVELY SLOW to make a decision and tend to be focused on the negative and tear down an employee rather than give them the tools to succeed and build their knowledge base.
